At VentureVibes LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased through our website.

By placing an order with VentureVibes LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

All purchases are non-refundable.
All purchases are non-returnable.
Orders cannot be exchanged after delivery.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and other details before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective upon arrival, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon review, VentureVibes LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement item or other appropriate resolution. No cash refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact VentureVibes LLC regarding any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipment tracking information, and customer communications.
